   What is your question? Go to a couple of banks and a mortgage company. See what they say. A small secured loan against a property may tempt them unless your credit problems include bankruptcy or you are unemployed. They are not in the real estate business as i was told when I took out an equity line of credit. They do not want to ever foreclose on a loan.
